At the time, we offered just four flavors and operated with a small team: Marlene, Joel, and Jonathan. To keep the tables presentable, we arranged sliced portions of our products. Our journey began in the heart of Row 4, where we laid the foundation for what was to come.

Owner, CEO, & Head Baker
Marlene is the Founder, Owner, CEO, and Head Baker of Anytime Flavorites, bringing the heart, vision, and flavor behind every creation. What began as a personal passion for baking has grown into a thriving family business rooted in resilience and creativity. Outside of Anytime Flavorites, Marlene enjoys interior decorating and event planning, expressing her love for creating beautiful, welcoming spaces both in and beyond the bakery.
Marlene is the Founder, Owner, CEO, and Head Baker of Anytime Flavorites, bringing the heart, vision, and flavor behind every creation. Owner, Baker, & Stock Controller
Joel serves as the Co-Founder, Co-Owner, and CEO of Anytime Flavorites, helping guide the long-term vision and growth of the business. While supporting the bakery behind the scenes, Joel is also a creative with a deep love for music and poetry. Outside of Anytime Flavorites, he is pursuing a career in the arts through his business, Songs by Joel, where passion and storytelling come together.
Joel serves as the Co-Founder, Co-Owner, and CEO of Anytime Flavorites, helping guide the long-term vision and growth of the business. While supporting the bakery behind the scenes, Joel is also a creative with a deep love for music and poetry. Outside of Anytime Flavorites, he is pursuing a career in the arts through his business, Songs by Joel, where passion and storytelling come together.

Light is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Anytime Flavorites, where she runs the store and ensures daily operations flow smoothly. Known for her leadership and eye for detail, she plays a key role in keeping the team organized and aligned. Outside of Anytime Flavorites, Light is a fashion designer and founder of The Divinean, creating custom designs, (including the Anytime Flavorites team uniforms), and preparing to showcase her upcoming collection at New York Fashion Week in 2026.

CMO & CIO
Beautiful serves as the CMO and CIO of Anytime Flavorites, where she drives innovative marketing strategies and oversees all digital initiatives. In addition to her role at Anytime Flavorites, she is the owner of Addressing Elephants, with several businesses as clients under her belt. As a digital strategist and content creator, Beautiful blends marketing expertise with storytelling to build brands that connect, grow, and leave lasting impact.

Jonathan is a Confectioner at Anytime Flavorites, where he helps decorate pastries and supports production with creativity and care. His role focuses on quality, presentation, and consistency in every bake. Outside of Anytime Flavorites, Jonathan is a football player at Vero Beach High School pursuing a professional athletic career, while also building his skills as a beat creator, balancing discipline, creativity, and hustle as he works toward his goals.
